Ivy and I have been through the plans and community information I brought back. Right now the leading contender is an area between Schertz and New Braunfels called Scenic Hills. The house model is a McGregor II. You can see it at: Cheldan Homes
Ivy is heading down there next week to look around and do some hands on viewing.
In the mean time we have touching up to finish in the endless Master Bath project here. We are getting closer to done, but it takes time to do the details.
