In the rush to get things done before I have my shoulder chopped up, we have finished redoing the master bedroom. There was an old very stained white carpet down, and the walls were a pretty marked up taupe/bleah color.

We ripped out the carpet and found the hardwood underneath to look pretty good. We also moved the big armoire out and stuck it in the basement game room area we are putting together. We replaced all the old strange push button switches with nice modern rocker switches. Then we added a little bit of paint (it is a light tan color, even if your monitor doesn’t show it that way), some shoe moulding and suddenly the bedroom really looks nice. I was surprised at the big difference.

The TV is temporary. It is going downstairs when we start working on the gameroom.
