I’ve been in Texas for work this week. Here is a picture from my hotel room.

We were doing security stuff for the Federal Reserve Bank in Dallas. The people there were great and the work went well. We got to see them counting and sorting the money. There was about forty million dollars in the room while we watched. No leftovers for me, though.

I was there with Robby and John. We stopped for a quick cold picture when we finished the job.

I went to judo for the first time since my surgery. The arm worked great. I was visiting Okuri Judo in Hurst, TX. Kim and Jorge were very gracious hosts.  Everyone there was super nice. It was super to be back on the mat.

I also spent one evening out with my sister Missy and her guy Not-Evil-Steve. The three of us had a good time laughing and talking. It was really good to see her again

I’m headed to Austin for the weekend. Judo at UT tonight, a visit with Selene tomorrow, and back to Dallas to fly home on Sun. I wanted to get to judo with Pieter today, but his workout is at the same time as the one at UT, and Chris got me first.
