Rather than writing up a long catch-up post, I'm going to drop a few shorter ones in here to get caught back up.

One of the guys I used to coach at UT called me in April and invited Ivy and I to his wedding. Omar came to the team when he was 16 and always was a tough competitor. At the US Senior Nationals in Las Vegas, he even scored a beautiful throw against a two time Olympic medalist. The wedding was in early May and held outdoors. Yes, it was another Texas hot wedding. Fortunately it wasn't the 106 scorching degrees out like Tony's first wedding. But it was still nice to get indoors for the reception afterwards. Omar and family looked really happy.

In addition to seeing Omar, we got to see Denny and Clara, two other people from the team. It was good to catch up with what they've been doing since college. As I would have predicted, they are both doing very well. 

Ivy bought a new dress and looked great for the wedding.
